STORE POLICY

House of Broadloom has policies in place to protect our business and to protect our customers. See our policies below.

1. If we order a product for you into our store that is NOT  a stock item and you find you have over purchased you CANNOT  return it. 
2. If you purchase stock items they can be returned within a 30 day window.
3. When we install carpet there is a chance that when we bring it in and up and through narrow halls and entryways that walls can be scratched or damaged and we will not be liable for any damage incurred during the installation process.
